All air-conditioned, rooms and apartments feature a large bathroom with both a spa bath and hydrotherapy shower. The apartments are not in the main villa but in separate buildings within the park grounds.

The apartments provide a welcome basket of prepackaged breakfast ingredients in the kitchenette. A cafeteria and a bar are also available on site at Dei Cedri.
