Full payment for all bookings will be charged at the time of booking. All major credit & debit cards are accepted, excluding American Express.
All bookings will include a temporary membership fee per person per night. (Full, existing members of Hosteling Scotland and HI using these channels are not entitled to a membership refund.)
Individual reservations for up to 9 guests can be canceled free of charge until 3 days before the arrival date. If canceled within the 3 days before the arrival, the total price will be charged.
When booking for more than 9 guests, different policies and additional supplements may apply. More than 8 weeks (57 days or more), 20% of the total cost. 8 to 4 weeks (56-29 days): 55% of total cost. 4 to 0 weeks (28 - 0 days) 100% of total cost.
Should guests be entitled to a refund or partial refund, please note that these are processed by Hosteling Scotland National Office, Stirling. It may take 7 to 10 working days from the date of the cancelation request for the refund to be processed back onto the original card used.
Children aged 12 to 15 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of the same gender when booking a bed within shared accommodations.
Please note that guests under 12 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories and must book a private room, subject to availability.
Guests traveling with children must inform the property before arrival.
Please note that extra beds or cots are not available at the property.
Please note that check-in is available from 16:00 until 23:00, and check-out is until 10:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
