Each modern apartment features a plasma-screen satellite TV and elegant decor. All apartments have a separate bedroom, a private bathroom and a comfortable lounge area.The contemporary kitchens have a microwave, a refrigerator and crockery. Apartments also have plenty of dining space, and some have a private balcony with impressive city or river views.

The Merchant Quarters Apartments are located in Liverpool’s thriving Business District. The famous Albert Dock is a 15-minute walk away, and Liverpool One is just a mile from the property. We do not offer parking but guests can use one located next door at Liverpool Waters Car Park. A security deposit may be requested at the company discretion.

The apartments only accept guests aged 25 or over. Proof of age (copy of ID) will be required on the day of making the reservation.

Children are allowed when staying with their family. Please provide the property with a date of birth in the comments section when booking otherwise the reservation may be canceled.

Check-in instructions: please indicate your estimated time of arrival when booking and check-in details will be sent to you.

Credit card details are required as a security bond and may be used to cover any damage or breakage.

Deposit will be required on the discretion of the hotel.

When booking 2 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

We do not offer parking. Multi story parking is available next door at Liverpool Waters Car Park.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
