Please note that, the property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation, maximum 2 guests per room.
Check-in is available between 16:00 and 22:00. If guests fail to check in by 22:00, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and corresponding charges will apply.
Late Arrivals: Please inform us in advance, if you anticipate arriving after 22:00, late check-in may result in an additional fee.
Check-out is required by 11:00. If a later check-out is desired, please inform us before your arrival or during your stay. Late check-outs are subject to availability, may incur additional charges, and cannot be guaranteed.
Smoking in the rooms is strictly forbidden and will result in a 35,000 ISK penalty fee. This fee may also apply if a room is returned in a condition that requires deep cleaning (e.g., if a room has been used for cooking purposes).
Guests are required to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of other guests or staff.
Guests are financially responsible for any damages to the property, furnishings, or fixtures caused during your stay.
All outstanding balances must be settled prior to check-out. For unpaid charges identified after check-out, the credit card provided at the time of booking will be charged automatically.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
