All rooms have WiFi access and feature a flat-screen TV and seating area. The large double rooms will face Brighton seafront.

Just yards from Brighton beach, Central Wave is a 5-minute walk from the Sea Life Center. The famous boutiques and shops of the Laines are just a 5-minute walk away.

The parking available near the property is pay and display on the streets near the property and some NPC parking nearby, we cannot guarantee availability or book in advance for guests. Guests have to arrange and pay for their own parking.

Guests should be aware that the property has a strict nonsmoking policy in all areas and fines up to GBP 500 might be incurred for smoking anywhere in the property, including the rooms.
