This property has an agreement with Best Western The Hatfield Hotel, which is located directly over the road from the property, whereby guests staying at the lodge have full use of the facilities within Best Western the Hatfield Hotel. Best Western the Hatfield Hotel has a terrace bar, which overlooks the sea offering ales, cocktails and beverages. Morton’s Bar and Grill Restaurant benefits from views overlooking the Esplanade and the beach.

All rooms come with tea/coffee making facilities, a TV, hairdryer and free WiFi. Limited complimentary parking is available in Best Western the Hatfield Hotels Car Park. Breakfast is served in Morton’s Bar and Grill Restaurant, located at Best Western the Hatfield Hotel.

South Pier is a 3-minute walk along the seafront, and Lowestoft Rail Station is 0.5 miles away towards the shopping area, there is also a bus route that operates from outside the hotel.

The property has a car park located next to Hatfield Lodge, which is shared with Best Western The Hatfield Hotel. Parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unfortunately, spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Once parked in the car park guests will need to register their car details on one of the touch pads located either in Reception or the Terrace bar in Best Western the Hatfield Hotel in order to be issued with an electronic permit and to avoid a fine.
