Please note that the reception is only open from 09:00 to 12:30 and 14:30 to 19:00 each day.
For late Check in, please contact the property at least 24h in advance, using the details on the booking confirmation or in the Special Requests box during the booking process , late check in has a cost of €20 from 7pm to 9pm, and €30€ from 9pm to midnight.
Payment is due at check in. For stays of 7 nights or more, towels are changed once a week. Sheets are only changed for stays longer than 10 nights. Except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Please note that check-in between 19:00 and 23:00 is possible. Guests should request this service until at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
Please note that guests wishing to check-out earlier will be charged the full amount of the original reservation.
Please note that if guests wish an invoice, they must provide the VAT number at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. A baby cot is available, from June to September, at an extra cost of EUR 5. It is free of charge during the remainder of the year.
Please note that a security deposit will be charged at check-in, as follows: - EUR 300 - Studio - EUR 400 - One-Bedroom Apartment - EUR 700 - Four-Bedroom Apartment This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
