Bergen Hostel Montana

HI Bergen Hostel Montana is located up the hillside of Mount Ulriken, about 2.2 mi from Bergen City Center and easily accessed by public transportation. A grocery store and different hiking trails are located next to the hostel. Free parking is available for our guests.

This Quality and Sustainability certified property welcomes backpackers, groups and families to the international community of travelers all year round. It offers guests a wide range of accommodations in the modern and recently renovated rooms. From private single, double, triple and quadruple rooms to shared dorms.
A complete all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is included.

Wi-Fi, laundry room and a well equipped guest kitchen will ensure a comfortable stay at HI Bergen Hostel Montana. Guests can relax in the TV lounge, or play football in the common room. International volunteers organize free activities for guests such as hikes, games, BBQ’s, sightseeing, music and a daily free Coffee and Cookies activity. Guests can also use the spacious outdoor areas with BBQ facilities and a view.

- The reception is open 24/7.
- Breakfast is FREE during the specified time defined by the hostel. There are no possibilities to have free breakfast before or after breakfast hours.
- When booking more than one bed in a dormitory, we cannot guarantee that the beds are going to be in the same room.
- Children under 16 are not permitted to stay in the dormitory rooms.
