All of the refurbished rooms at the OYO Hotel at Derby Conference Center feature a private en suite shower room, Freeview TV, and tea/coffee-making facilities. The venue has been awarded the AA's 4-star Guest Accommodations standard.

There are 24 conference rooms at the Art Deco-themed conference center, all suitable for business or hospitality events.

The conference center is easy to access with Derby Train Station only 5 minutes’ drive away and East Midlands Airport a 15-minute drive away. The M1 motorway can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Please be advised that the property hold private functions at weekends. This may result in some noise disturbance and limited bar and restaurant services. Please note the on-site restaurant is open from Monday to Thursday, between 17:00 and 21:00 and a reduced room service menu Friday and Saturday between 17:00 - 19:00 only.
