Discovery Beach Resort

Only 50 feet from the beach in the beautiful ocean side city of Cocoa Beach, Florida, this property offers fully furnished condo-style accommodations filled with a variety of conveniences.

Discovery Beach Resort features one, 2 and 3-bedroom suites with full kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms. Guests can enjoy the view from the private balcony or watch one of the cable TVs.

After spending the day at the beach, guests can go for a swim in the outdoor pool or workout in the exercise room. The Discovery Beach also boasts a game room with pool tables as well as a cafe and lounge.

Guests under the age of 25 can only check-in with a parent or official guardian.

Please note the resort front desk has limited hours of operation. Guests who intend to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must call the property in advance at the phone number provided on the booking confirmation to make alternative check-in arrangements.
