Please note we are a function hotel and our bedrooms can experience noise from the functions taking place due to the locations of the bedrooms. Monday through Thursday and Sundays all functions will finish no later than 00:00. Fridays and Saturdays finishing time is no later than 01:00.

At the check-in, guests are required to present the card, which was used to secure the reservation. Please note payment from third parties are not accepted.

Extrabeds are available for children under 12 years old, but are subject to availability and by prior arrangement at the additional cost.

Access to Spa Facilities for Residents (non-spa package guests) is subject to availability. From 1st June 2023 Resident guests will be charged £10.00 per person for Spa Facility Use, which is subject to availability. Spa pool facilities are purely for adults only.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
