Please note that only weekly housekeeping services are provided. For a stay of 8 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen and more.
Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
The grab-and-go breakfast served includes breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea only.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment, cash is not accepted.
Housekeeping is provided every 14 days for stays of 14 nights or longer. It includes full cleaning and linen change. For stays of 1–7 nights, fresh towels and linens are available at the front desk for a daily fee of $1.75. Additional cleaning services can be purchased at the front desk. Visual room inspections are conducted every 14 days. Breakfast and coffee are not offered. Suites include a full kitchen. Dishware and cookware are available for purchase. Laundry facilities are available 24/7. Machines accept coins or credit cards. Free Wi-Fi is available. For faster service, enhanced Wi-Fi can be purchased at wifi.esa.com. Front desk hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM After-hours assistance is available via the lobby phone (#600) or hotel’s main number. Payment is due at check-in. Weekly payments are required for long-term stays. Late payments may deactivate room keys. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. A cleaning fee of up to $250 applies for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests. Pets are welcome with registration and applicable fees. Pets must be leashed in public areas and crated when left alone. Staff may enter rooms for maintenance or safety checks. Report any issues to the front desk or after-hours line. Guests are responsible for daily upkeep. Trash should be disposed of in the rear parking lot dumpsters. Trash bags are available at the front desk. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If leaving outside office hours, notify staff in advance. To extend your stay, contact the front desk early.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
