Our office hours are from 7:30AM - 10:00PM, check in is from 3:00PM - 10:00PM if you'll be arriving after 10:00PM, you must contact our office before 10:00PM for your check in instructions. A courtesy call will be provided at around 9:00pm if you have not yet checked in. If the guest did not call and receive your instructions, this is the customers responsibility, there will be a charge for late cancelation fee under our policy (first two nights stay).
We pre-authorize guest cards on file up to 48-hours in advance to guests stay to ensure funds and guard against the cancelation of rooms.
All reservations with more than 3 separate rooms needs to pay all charges up front with no changes or refunds. Group reservation forms also need to be signed and returned with full payment.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
