Renovation roadworks are planned near the residence, which may cause noise pollution during the day, is done from 11th September to 5th December 2025.
Pets are allowed on request. It cost 12 EUR per night or 75 EUR per week In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees.

The swimming pool is 5.2 ft on all sides. There are no gentle slopes or paddling pools.
The elevators in the residence are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please contact the residence.
Until spring, and for your future comfort, the accommodations will be undergoing a makeover. Every effort will be made to ensure your comfort over the period and to limit noise pollution.
