The credit card used to reserve the accommodations will be requested upon arrival. The name on the credit card and the name on the reservation must be the same.

For stays of 1 to 7 nights, housekeeping is available at an additional cost. For stays of 8 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included in the price. Housekeeping includes changing the bed linen and towels.
Please note that the seasonal outdoor pool is only open during the summertime.
When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Until 45 days before check-in, the cancellation is free of charge. From 44 to 15 days before check-in, the guests will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the reservation. From 14 days before check-in, the cancellation becomes nonrefundable. A prepayment of 50% will be asked when the reservation is confirmed.
Special conditions and additional charges may apply for reservations of 7 or more rooms. A 50% prepayment will be required once your reservation is confirmed. If canceled between booking and 45 days before check-in, an amount equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded. Between 45 days and 30 days before check-in, an amount equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded. From 30 days before check-in, cancellation will not be refundable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
