The credit card used to reserve the accommodations will be requested upon arrival. The name on the credit card and the name on the reservation must be the same.
For stays of 1 to 8 nights, housekeeping is available at an additional cost. For stays of 9 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included in the price. Cleaning includes towel and bed linen changing.
When booking from 7 rooms or more than 15 people, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Until 45 days before check-in, the cancelation is free of charge. From 44 to 15 days before check-in, the guests will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the reservation. From 14 days before check-in, the cancelation becomes nonrefundable. A prepayment of 50% will be asked when the reservation is confirmed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
