Damages, Non-Compliance with Rules, and Additional Charges

Any damage observed in the room or in the common areas of the establishment, as well as any breach of the internal regulations, may result in charges for repairs or additional cleaning.

In particular, smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas, in accordance with current legislation (Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006).

In case of noncompliance with this ban, a flat cleaning and deodorization fee of €50 will automatically be charged to the guest to cover the costs related to restoring the room and its temporary unavailability.

Generally, any damage, deterioration, excessive soiling, or behavior resulting in additional costs (for example: irreparably stained linens, damaged equipment, lost key, unjustified fire alarm activation, etc.) will be invoiced based on the cost of necessary repairs or replacements, with supporting documentation provided.

The hotel reserves the right to charge these amounts to the credit card used for the reservation or payment of the stay, after prior notification to the guest.
