Lodge 1, Lodge 2 and The Stables have a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances. Large leather sofas and a flat-screen TV can be found in the cozy open-plan lounge. Romneys Apartments are self catering, however the team of Chefs from the Gastro Pub will be happy to cook a bacon or sausage sandwich.

The property is set in the grounds of a beautiful newly renovated 19th century traditional stone-built Gastro Pub and Restaurant. With a sun-trap terrace and beer garden. Having a contemporary atmosphere, Romney's is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and a meal from a wide selection of ales and wines and an extensive menu.

There is also a play area with a slide, swings, climbing frame, and more. The play area is set in the opposite side of the grounds of the accommodations.

Romney’s Apartments are just 6 minutes’ drive from Kendal Train Station and the town center. Home of the Mint Cake, this pretty town is full of history, and serves as a gateway to the Lake District, being just 9 miles away from Lake Windermere.
