Between March 1, 2022 and April 24 ,2022- ALL reservations for guests between the ages of 21 and 25 will require a cash-only "Spring Break Deposit" of USD $100.00 per person and per room, due at check-in. The fee is CASH ONLY & FULLY refundable at check-out, subject to a successful damage inspection of the room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
