When it’s time to wind down, kick back in a one- or two-bedroom suite, fire up the grill, or melt into the hot tub. You also have access to resort amenities at our sister property, Legacy Vacation Resorts (one mile away), which includes an indoor pool, hot tubs, indoor fireplace and fitness center. This is Steamboat, Fold style — your stay, your pace, your kind of adventure, with a lighter footprint.

Please note that the guest’s name and credit card used at time of booking must match the guest's name and credit card at check-in. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in and photo identification must match the name on reservation.

All suites and guest rooms are nonsmoking. Smoking is prohibited near buildings and in common areas.

A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card.

You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Dog-Friendly Units have a fee of $35.00 plus tax per night with a maximum fee of $175.00 per week due at check-in. Only dogs are permitted. Up to two dogs are allowed per unit, with a combined weight limit of 75 lbs. Please disclose pet stays at the time of booking. Undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee. A pet waiver will be presented at check-in for each guest to sign, acknowledging the rules and fees. Crate pets when unattended in guest units. If pets disturb others, owners will be contacted and may need to board pets at a local kennel. Fees apply for multiple complaints. Pets are prohibited in the pool, deck pool, or splash pad. Visit our website for pet-friendly activities. Barking, biting, and nuisance behaviors are not tolerated. Guests may be asked to check out without reimbursement. Pets must always be on a leash and cannot be left unattended unless in a crate. Use designated pet relief areas and dispose of waste properly. Damages or extra cleaning will result in a $300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc.
