All guest rooms at the property are nonsmoking. If you decide to smoke in your room, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee to your account. Smoke-friendly patios are accessible in 2 convenient areas of the property.
Extra beds are only allowed in rooms with a king size bed.
FIRST NIGHT ADVANCED DEPOSITS: The cost of the first night’s room rate and tax will be charged at the time of booking to the credit or debit card on this reservation as a deposit. Upon arrival, you must present a credit or debit card to be authorized for the remaining balance of your stay. A cancellation is required 72 hours before noon time (PST) PRIOR to your expected date of arrival in order to qualify for a full refund of the advanced deposit.
PRE-PAID/NONREFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS: At time of booking, the total amount for the discounted room rate and tax will be charged to the credit or debit card on this reservation for the entire length of stay. Due to the discounted rate for this reservation, no refund will be issued for any cancellation or failure to stay.
If you have a Refundable Reservation and need to cancel without incurring hotel penalties, remember that you need to complete your hotel cancellation before noon time (PST) 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancelations made after the deadline will be charged the hotel penalty to change or cancel, regardless of when you booked the reservation. Please note that nonrefundable reservations cannot be changed or modified; check your reservation details, before making a change.
