Our centrally located boutique Hotel offers free WiFi, unique interior design in every room and during summertime a terrace overlooking the Pariser Straße. We are less than 1312 feet away from Berlins most iconic shopping street, 'Kudamm.

All our rooms have a private bathroom, flatscreen (smart) TV and a work desk. Mini-bars and fans upon request!
All our pillows and mattresses have a hypo-allergenic topper. Different style of pillows and blankets can be provided.

Our hotel does not offer breakfast, but we have a coffee & tea station located in the lobby and there is a large variety of bakery's, cafe's and breakfast restaurants next to the hotel!

Many international restaurants and bars can be found on Pariser Straße. The scenic and historical Ludwig Church can be seen from the hotel.

Please note private parking space at the hotel is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Use the Special Requests box when booking to reserve a place. Private parking next to the hotel is available for a fee of EUR 20 per day.

Proof of liability insurance is required, dogs must be kept on a leash in public areas, no dogs left alone in rooms for more than 2 hours, damages must be reported - €250 advance payment required in case of damage.
