Hotel guests receive a free public transport ticket for Lucerne upon arrival. This ticket is valid for all busses and trains within ticket zone 10 in 2nd class throughout the complete stay, including arrival and departure day.

Our hotel is certified, to check-in you need to provide the covid certificate, this means that you have been vaccinated for COVID-19, have had the disease or have a negative test result. You can request the COVID certificate on paper or as a PDF document with a QR code.

1. All guests from 16 years on are obliged to show their certificate daily before breakfast.
2. All restaurant guests from 16 years on have to show the certificate before seated in the inside or outside.
3. Only the official covid certificate is valid .
