Please note that the hotel entrance is on Haberstraße next to the T-Punkt shop, not at the postal address of Hertzstraße 12.

The front desk is open from 8 am until 4 pm from Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, it is open from 9 am until 12 pm.

Guests planning to arrive after 4 pm on a weekday or after 12 pm on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday should inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found in the reservation confirmation.

Breakfast is not available at the hotel. Guests can have breakfast at the mall just 325 ft away. The mall is open from 7 am Monday to Saturday.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
