Ensana Thermal Margaret Island

Uniquely located on the quiet and green Margaret Island in the heart of Budapest, the modern Ensana Thermal Margaret Island offers free use of its large spa area, an indoor and an outdoor pool, and free WiFi access.

The spa area includes a thermal pool, a recreational pool, a 56 ft long swimming pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, various types of saunas and a steam room, which guarantee that you have a pleasant time.

The medical center offers complex, personalized treatments lasting from a few days to several weeks for people suffering from joint, back, lumbar and neck pain, stress-related conditions and weight problems. The therapies are combined with the beneficial effects of thermal water from Margaret Island and medicinal mud from Hévíz.

In the Platán restaurant with its terrace, you can enjoy gourmet and light cuisine together with magnificent views of the park. The Boróka Bar with a terrace and the Neptun bar at the swimming pool are inviting places to relax.

All rooms are air-conditioned and have a balcony. A work desk, satellite TV and bathrobes are also provided.

All the indicated fares include VAT, but, in compliance with the Hungarian legislation in force, catering and hospitality services shall be invoiced with a different VAT rate from 1 January 2018.

Pursuant to Section 1.9 of Annex 5 to Hungarian Government Decree No. 510/2023 (XI. 20.):
Children under 14 years of age may only use the services of a public bath under the responsibility and supervision of a parent or an accompanying adult.
Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to bathe in thermal or hydrotherapy pools or those with a water temperature higher than 35 °C.
Children under 6 years of age are not allowed to bathe in massage pools, jacuzzis and other facilities specified in the House Rules.
