Please note the Cavern Quarter Apartments by The Castle Collection is located in a vibrant part
of the City Center, not only overlooking the heart of Liverpool’s most famous Mathew Street and
Victoria Street it is home to Liverpool’s long musical heritage. Guests WILL experience high
levels of noise during their stay.

Most apartments are fitted with a sani-flow macerator pump in the shower rooms and kitchens,
you will experience a noise when the toilet is flushed and water is running.

A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The property charges this as a pre-authorization 3
days before arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card. You will be reimbursed within 7
days of check-out. Your deposit will be released in full, subject to an inspection of the property.

All apartments will have 2 keys in the corresponding lock box. If both keys are not returned on
check out, the full £150 security deposit will be charged to cover the costs of a replacement lock
and keys. Should the key(s) be returned following this charge, a £100 refund will be issued. The
£50 will be kept as a cost of labor.
