Bright studio on the 5th floor of Parque Santiago II, in the very heart of Playa de las Américas. The balcony offers a side view of the sea and the nearby bars. Please note: due to the central location, nighttime noise is possible, although the balcony doors have been renewed to reduce it.
The studio has recently been updated with new, high-quality mattresses for better comfort.

This is a private flat, not a hotel → no daily cleaning.
For stays over 7 nights: mid-stay change of bed linen and towels.
Guests under 25 are not allowed.
Self check-in after mandatory ID registration.
Office hours: Mon–Fri 9:30–17:30. Out-of-hours assistance: €50 surcharge.
