Now a deluxe hotel, the Izan combines an authentic historic setting and traditional architecture with 21st century comforts. It has been fully restored to preserve its splendor and original character. In addition to its cloisters, charming central courtyard and other original rooms, the hotel now features an outdoor swimming pool and a vaulted breakfast room.

The baroque-style property is located in the beautiful countryside of Extremadura. The ancient local town is famous as the birthplace of legendary Conquistador, Francisco Pizarro.
