Hotel Salymar

Rules
• You can only have one pet in the room
• In order for the room to be cleaned, you must inform reception that your pet is not in it
• We know you do it, but we remind you that as a pet owner, you have the obligation to keep it in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions
• They will not be able to access common areas, such as restaurants, breakfast room or other independent space. Guide dogs are exempt from this condition, as established by RD/3250/1983
• Bathrooms and showers in rooms are for the exclusive use of guests. If you need it, ask at Reception to find a dog grooming salon.
• Pets should not climb on beds, sofas, or use hotel towels.
• Your pet must be allowed to walk in the hotel's common areas on a leash and, if necessary, muzzled, and always accompanied by you. You should not be left alone in the room at any time. This way, we will avoid any potential inconveniences or inconveniences for other customers. Only in specific cases, such as breakfast or dinner, may you remain in your room. For these occasions, please place a Do Not Disturb sign on the door.
