Deposit Release: The damage deposit will be released in full via debit or credit card within 10 working days of check-out, provided that a satisfactory inspection of the property is conducted.

Required Documentation: Guests are required to upload a clear photo of their Passport and debit or credit card as part of the pre-check-in process.
