At the moment we do not have a 24-hour in-person reception. Outside of customer service hours, check-in is done through our simple and intuitive Automatic Reception machine. In any case, there will always be an emergency telephone number that you can call in case you need anything and we will assist you immediately.
Not all of our rooms are accessible, or there is an elevator to reach all of them, so in certain rooms it will be necessary to climb one or two flights of stairs on foot. If you require a room that is not accessible by stairs, please let us know at the time of booking.
