This Savoyard-style building is located 10minutes drive from Annecy Lake and city center, and is nearby the main route to Geneva and Paris. Mont Blanc is one hour away by car. Our hotel is a 30-minute drive from both La Clusaz and Grand Bornand ski resorts. There are many restaurants located within 492 feet of the property.

At last, we do take a deposit of 80€, by credit card, which is not debited from your account, and which is released on the day of your departure, after your room has been cleaned by our team.

There is a significant room recovery fees for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
