A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with.
