Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a link from our card processing partner SOT pay to complete your payment transaction. This will be emailed on the day of booking for Prepaid reservations and within 3 days of arrival for flexible rates. Failure to make payment could result in cancellation of your reservation.
Reservations of 3 or more apartments are provisional only until confirmed by the manager of PREMIER SUITES. Once the booking is accepted, 25% non refundable deposit is required. You will receive the SOT pay link as described to process your payment. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in.
Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted.
Office opening hours are as follows: Monday and Friday 09:00 to 20.00, Tuesday to Thursday 9.00 to 18.00, Saturday 10:00 to 17.00 and Sunday 11:00 to 17.00.
Parking is on site and must be reserved in advance as spaces are limited and not can be guaranteed.
