Please note that this accommodation operates with a digital reception. There is no physical check-in desk. Prior to arrival, guests will receive access codes via email to enter their apartment. These codes are essential for check-in, so please ensure you bring them with you.
Payment must be completed in advance via a secure online platform. Multiple payment options are available, including Bancontact, credit card, Maestro, and bank transfer. Payment on-site is not possible.
Bed linen is always provided, but beds are not made up upon arrival. Towels are not included and can be booked in advance for €10 per person. Renewal of bed linen and additional housekeeping services are not included but can be arranged upon request.
A baby package (bed and chair) is available upon request for €15 per stay.
When travelling with pets, please note that a maximum of two pets per unit is allowed. An additional fee of €17.00 per pet, per night applies.
