ID from outside of the Lower Mainland area is required or proof of onward travel (Transport ticket leaving Vancouver).

Guests are required to show a photo ID and valid credit card upon check-in.

We do not allow credit card authorizations which allow another person (not present) to pay for the reservation.

All bookings over 7+ nights will become nonrefundable and charged in full at the time of booking.

Reservations with 8 or more people will be flagged as a group booking and different policies will apply.

Guests must contact the property before/after booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian present.
