We are open from Sunday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm, and on Saturday from 8am to 9pm.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Prices include: accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), bed linen, basic WiFi access (to 5 devices to navigate, e-mails, reading and researches), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax).
Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested with an extra charge.
After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.
For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
Please note that any modification may incur a fee.
Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
We do not take reservations for parking. However, you can benefit from a preferential rate of 67€ per week by paying at reception instead of 88€ directly at the parking lot, depending on the number of spaces we have available.En este alojamiento no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.
