Please note that towels are changed once per week. If you require more frequent changes, an extra fee of 5 Euro per change per person applies.
Please be aware that guest are not allowed to eat in the rooms or apartments (if they did not reserved them as such), if guest do eat in rooms or apartments without permission, we will have to charge them as extra cleaning and garbage fee.
A surcharge of 20 Euro applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Late arrivals after 8:00 PM incur a surcharge of €20.00, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and €50.00 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
