Guests can pick up an envelope with keys when they arrive when the reception is closed. The latest check-in time is 23:00 hours.
Towels and kitchen linen are to be rented at the property:

Baby high chair € 8.20 per stay
2nd car at the central car park (if possible) € 5.60 per night
Please notify the property before arrival when you want to rent either. Renting towels and kitchen linen is optional.
Sheets and final cleaning costs are included in the price.
Please note that long term rental is not possible.
Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stays, as mandated by local governments.
Please note that the minimum age for reservations is 18 years old.
Swimming pools information:
Outdoor pool is closed from mid September until the end of April.
The indoor swimming pool is closed during the second and third week of January each year.
Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of € 5,10 per night, per pet and a cleaning fee of EUR 20.00 per stay.
Please note a maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Please inform the property during the booking process if you plan to bring a pet, using the Special Requests box. '
Please note that pets are not allowed in the following units: 4-pers chalet Waterhoen, 4-pers chalet Koperwiek and 6-pers chalet Watermunt.
