Please note that only the confirmed number of guests are allowed at the property.
- RESERVATION: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required in advance to guarantee your reservation as a commitment for the full period requested. This deposit will be charged to the credit card on the same day the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival, and will be automatically charged to the same card on file unless otherwise arranged.
- PRE-CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: After booking, a rental agreement and check-in form will be sent to your Booking.com inbox or email (if provided). Both documents must be completed and signed in order to receive check-in instructions. Once submitted, your personalized self check-in code and arrival details will be sent within 48 hours prior to arrival.

Maksu vaaditaan pankkisiirtona ennen saapumista. Majoituspaikka ottaa sinuun yhteyttä varauksenteon jälkeen ja antaa maksuohjeet.
Jos lähdet ennenaikaisesti, majoituspaikka veloittaa koko majoittumisen hinnan.
Majoituspaikka ei ota vastaan polttariporukoita tai vastaavia.
Majoituspaikka sijaitsee asuinalueella. Asiakkaita pyydetään pidättäytymään liiallisesta melusta.
