Please note that the following applies for non-refundable bookings: a prepayment of the total price is mandatory at the time of booking. After making a reservation, a separate e-mail from the hotel will be sent to the guest with a request to verify the payment. Guests must verify the payment to confirm their reservation. If the payment is not completed on time, the reservation might get canceled. The hotel then asks guests to contact them to discuss the possibilities of an alternative payment method.
