For security reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at our hotels.
Guests aged under 18 can stay at a Pentahotel only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Alternatively, they must provide a signed document confirming parental or guardian consent. This document should include:
• Full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue, and issuing office for both the minor and the legal guardian.
• Copies of the passports of both the legal guardian and the minor(s).
Failure to provide these documents will result in the refusal of the stay.

For prepaid rates where payment has been taken before arrival, please ensure you present the debit/credit card used for payment upon check-in; otherwise, another means of payment may be requested.

All guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in.

Late check-out until 15:00 is possible on Sundays. Extra beds are possible for an additional charge.
