Fabulous village

Offering a large outdoor pool and tennis court, Fabulous village is set in the suburbs with good bus links into Rome. It is 15 minutes' drive from Fiumicino Airport and Ostia beach.

Fabulous village welcomes you with comfortable chalets and bungalows surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. They all come with air conditioning and a fridge, while chalets also have a kitchenette and patio.

A games room with billiards and a children's playground are both available at Fabulous village. There is also a mini market, café and restaurant serving pizza and Italian food.

Free parking is provided and an airport shuttle service to/from the Rome's airports is available on request.

The pool is open from May to September and is free for guests.

Please note that the accommodation can be reached directly by car only from 06:30 to 23:00. At other times, guests must park the car at the property entrance.

The shuttle service must be booked 48 hours prior to the arrival. It is subject to advanced payment and hotel's confirmation.

When booking the half-board option, please note that breakfast and dinner are included.

Staying with a pet
Staying with your four-legged friend includes the mandatory Love Pet Pack supplement, which covers dedicated services, gadgets, and management costs. Rates vary depending on the type of accommodation and length of stay:

Low season (November 1 - March 26): 50% reduction

• High season: €15 per stay.
