GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.
AMENITIES: Bed linen is included, while towels can be rented at the reception. Please note, lockers in dormitory rooms are available for free but padlocks are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
ACCESSIBILITY: The property is fully adapted for disabled people and wheelchair users. To book disabled bed, please contact Generator Barcelona in advance, since they are subject to availability on prior request.
PAYMENT: The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
PET POLICY: We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg.
