On certain dates check-in must be done online via a short form sent to you by email or by WhatsApp, online payment may be requested via a secure platform and instructions on how to do this will be provided to you.
Guests will be required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Inform in advance about your expected arrival time. To do so, you can either use the Special Requests box when making your reservation or contact with the property directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
In case of early departure, full payment for the reservation will be requested.
No bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar parties are allowed.
No noise is permitted from 22:00 to 08:00.
A deposit of € 150.00 is required upon arrival to cover any damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and is subject to an inspection to assess if any damage has occurred.
Bed sheets and towels are provided, but they will not be changed during your stay.
There is no cleaning service, and cleaning products are not supplied.
Not all apartments have a lift.
Bicycles are not allowed inside the apartments.
