* Payments:
- After acceptance of the quotation, a deposit of 50% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Within 60 days before the event a second deposit of 25% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- If acceptance of the offer is within 60 days before the start of the event, we will require 1 deposit of 75% which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- After completion of the event, the remaining 25% of the accepted quotation plus additional consumption will be invoiced on a post-calculation basis. This invoice must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
* Cancellation policy:
- Up to 60 days before arrival, up to 50% of the confirmed reservation can be cancelled free of charge.
- From 60 to 30 days before the event, up to 25% of the confirmed reservation can be cancelled free of charge.
- From 29 to 8 days before the event, 90% of the reservation value will be invoiced.
* Other Meeting & Event Conditions:
- Changes in numbers can be communicated up to 30 days before the start of the event, a deviation of up to 20% will be accepted.
- From 29 days before the start, in case of a change in numbers, the full amount will be invoiced.
- Unless stated otherwise, all quotations are subject to change.
- If allergies and/or dietary requirements are not communicated before the start of the event, there will be a surcharge of €7.50 for last-minute adjustments.Les enterrements de vie de célibataire et autres fêtes de ce type sont interdits dans cet établissement.
