The restaurant is open :
- Low season (until mid-March): daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except Wednesdays until 9:00 p.m. Closed on Mondays.
- High season (until mid-December): daily from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

During the low season, takeaway dishes or meals to enjoy in your room are also available.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the restaurant, at a price of €20 per person. It is offered à la carte and includes a selection of hot and cold dishes.

The reception is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For arrivals outside these hours, a self check-in system will be arranged to ensure easy access to your room.

All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a kettle, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Some rooms also feature a seating area.

Waterloo is 16 km from the property, Leuven is 31 km away, and Charleroi Airport is the nearest airport, located 25 km from Relais de l’Empereur.

If you plan to arrive outside check-in hours, the property will communicate an access code to get your room key from an outside safety box.
