If you book 5 or more rooms this will be classed as a group. The hotel will contact you directly as a deposit schedule will be issued to you to pre pay for your group prior to arrival. A €100.00 deposit per room per night will be requested at check-in for incidental charges for all rooms. Guests using credit cards will have their card pre -authorised for the full amount, and the balance ( if any) will be released upon check-out. Guests paying by debit cards will be charged upfront for the full amount, and the balance (if any) will be reimbursed in cash upon check-out. Please note that all Special requests are subject to availability & additional charges may apply. A damage/noise deposit of €300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check -out.
