A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday and Friday, from 09:00 until 20:00, Tuesday to Thursday from 09:00 until 18:00 ,Saturday from 10:00 until 19:00, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 11:00 until 17:00. Reservations for 3 or more apartments will be considered a group booking, and 20% of your payment is due at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit. Failure to pay the booking deposit, return the group contract on time, or to disclose that you are visiting as part of a group could result in your booking being cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse group bookings if we suspect they may cause disruption to other guests. We have the right to refuse to check-in such groups and will not refund any monies paid in advance in the event of non-disclosure of the group at time of booking. You will receive the SOT pay link as described to process your payment. This must be completed before check in. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking.
