Please note that onsite parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and chargeable at £12.00 per car per night. Street parking on the seafront is available via pay and display machines. It is not possible to reserve parking prior to arrival.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Central Reservations. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

For all payments made and booking types the card holder must be present on check in and the same card must be presented for a security swipe via chip and pin on arrival, failure to provide the same card will result in the payment being refunded to the original card and an alternative payment method requested before check in will be permitted. The property reserves the right to charge bookings in full up to 48 hours prior to arrival during weekends and peak times regardless of reservation policies.

There is a small supplement of £20 per dog. The hotel will accommodate a maximum of one dog, small to medium sized, per room. There are a number of dog-friendly rooms, so please ensure the hotel is aware if you are bringing a dog with you. Dogs are not permitted in either of the restaurants but there are some communal spaces where they can go. Registered assistance/service dogs are exempt. No other pets are permitted.

At least one guest per room must be over 18 years of age, minors are not permitted in their own accommodation without prior consent of the hotel.

Please ensure the correct occupancies are selected on booking, failure to do so may result in your check in being refused. Identification will be required for age verification purposes.

All bookings of 6 or more rooms booked together will be treated as group bookings as per Oceana Hotels’ policy. Group bookings will be contacted within 7 days of making the reservation and will be treated as advance purchase bookings. The full non-refundable payment will be required within 7 days of the reservation being made, no cancellations, modifications or refunds will be permitted for any group bookings. These group terms and conditions override any rate policy that has been booked.
